What we cannot help with
We are not a casino and we hold no player accounts. We cannot check a balance, release a withdrawal, reset a password or resolve a dispute with an operator. For any of those, contact the casino's own support team first. If a licensed operator will not resolve the issue, the state regulator that licensed it is the next step.
